• Dar una solución a un posible problema post covid
• Hacer un estudio que nos permita anticiparnos a las necesidades que va a tener la sociedad ante la nueva normalidad
• Entender cuál va a ser el cambio en el comportamiento de la sociedad
• Conocer la temporalidad de la nueva situación
• Preveer qué cambios en el comportamiento van a ser permanentes y cuáles temporales
